...taken for a ride... My wife was taken for a ride by these clowns, perfectly good rotors were replaced due to the, "...Ma'am your rotors are rusty" trick!!! Rusty rotors are no more hazardous as your car being dirty!!! The working face of the rotors were clean and had over 20 thousand miles left on them (only about 1/4 wear was measured to be gone!!)
