Just felt like I was bothering them the whole time, like I was an inconvenience. The lady with the long blonde hair will be the one you will WANT to talk to (if you go through with going) don’t bother bringing any repairs because they are booking months out. I ended up taking mine to Springfield and they seemed much more knowledgeable on exactly what I needed fit wise and had a seven day ETA!! Do not get backed into a corner thinking this is your only option. There are definitely more jewelers out there who can help you.
