I am posting a review on behalf of my shop - Collision Repair Experts Kitchener: We work very closely daily with Sandy from Millers ordering parts. Sandy provides us with quality parts and is helpful and efficient. The driver that delivers to us daily, Zee is a wonderful and friendly person to interact with
I bought a fender and was told it would be ready in two days. A week passed and they never contacted me to let me know it had arrived, so I had to go in person to find out. To make matters worse, they handed me the part completely filthy and covered in dirt. The part itself is in good condition, but the logistics, communication, and product presentation leave a lot to be desired.
