Great service starting with phone call from DJ to the technician Dominic. Great communication and explanation of repairs.
I have been a Millers customer for almost 10 years and they never fail to impress. They recently went out of their way to solve an issue and I just can't recommend them enough.
The 5-Star review is for Tony, the technician who fixed the problem with our furnace. Our furnace was installed in 2018 but had never worked properly. Tony spent the time to diagnose the issue and we finally have a furnace that works as it should.
Our furnace was not giving out enough heat and we called Miller's to send a service technician. Sonny came out the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem, made a few other checks, and fixed it. He was friendly, knowledgable, and completed the work is less than an hour. We will call Miller's again the next time we have an issue.
We had a faulty furnace with a bad inducer motor, and after a truly disappointing experience with another HVAC company (rhymes with Spaz), I found Millers — and what a difference. From the first call, Kelly made scheduling easy and pleasant. Dominic (hope I’m spelling that right) showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed the part was in stock, drove to their warehouse to pick it up, and had our furnace fully repaired the same day.
