Soooooo impressed with Ori (and Miller AC and heat.) Very professional, friendly, arrives on time, and is extremely knowledgeable. Will never use anyone else.
They park their vans blocking the sidewalk. And they have been there for hours. A person in a wheelchair probably won't be able to get through and will have to go on the street.
We had a mini-split installed by Millers, and they did a great job. I was impressed with their teamwork to get the job done on time.
The technician only checked the outdoor unit, spent 5 minutes, refused to investigate further, and was very rude. He also lied about the wait time. I suspect he may be a scam and I felt sorry for the owner. The owner came to our door to resolve the issue (reson for not giving 1 star) and promised to come himself but had urgent issues, so I decided to find another company. It's frustrating that we waited a month in heatwaves and had such a poor experience with Miller.
