Craig Miller is extremely ethical. He could have taken my money and given me an appraisal on a house. But he mentioned that an appraisal was unnecessary. Then he went and gave me valuable free advise from his 35yrs of experience to handle an issue with the sale of my property.
With a careless appraisal on our home that included poorly chosen comps (which we believe, were intentionally chosen as much lower in quality, sq. and price range) and lack of taking into account the expensive updates we have made to our four-year-old custom home, the final report we received was wildly inaccurate, which we believe was politically motivated by Zach Miller.
