My daughter has a unit there for quite a while and the owner or manager refused to deposit checks in a timely manner. He keeps the checks for over a month which is wrong. This can create serious issues for people who live paycheck to paycheck. who may have to store their belongings because they live with family. CASH THE CHECKS!!!!!

The facility may be open but there's really not anyone there to help you when you need it. And the prices aren't any cheaper than those that have full-time office people. They are prone to flooding.

I had moved into the storage unit about 2 weeks before the female owner calls and asks me if I want to keep my storage unit, that she has someone else that wants to rent it!! Why in the world would I move into a storage unit just to move out after a month so somebody else could rent it? How stupid stupid is this owner? Obviously she has no clue what she's doing.
