He was cheap. But he over promised and under delivered. He said about 2 days for the job, but it took him 5 days to do the job and he still hasn't finished. 45 days later I still have a large 200 pound stump in my backyard. I have tried calling and texting many times and he keeps blowing me off. I will never use or refer him.

Worst customer service ever. We were told by owner Rob he would be at our house by 9 am. Him and his worker didn’t show up until 430 in the afternoon. He workered for about 2 hours then him and his partner left for the day and said they would be back in the morning to finish the job and clean up. It is now 3:00pm in the afternoon and they have yet to show up and are not answering our calls . I do not recommend them to anyone they are extremely unprofessional and now we are cleaning up and finishing the job for them.
Rob Miller responded within about 2 hours of my call. He was able to stop by and give me a quote. He was prepared to start as soon as he wrapped up another job close by. He was here by 5 p.m. and removed a 35 foot Ponderosa Pine that had been attacked by bark beetles. He and his crew were able to drop it between two other pines that were very close. He was very professional and when they left at 7 p.m. you could not tell that a tree had been removed. I would highly recommend Miller Tree Trimming.
