These bus drivers should not be allowed to transport children. I've spent 20 mins on the phone with two male employees talking all that time telling me I was lying about the driver not stopping at a designated spot. They even tried to move our bus stop to an unsafe location to match the wrong location that the bus driver stopped at, it was never the bus stop. We need to bring back the Kalamazoo stop to Indy; it has been disappointing and frustrating to see how many people have lost this connection between Kalamazoo and Indy!!!
For a week straight my kids have been late for school and they act like they dont care. They dont care that parents have to stop there day to wait on them. Our pick up time is at 630 they dont show up until 9. People have to get to work and etc. This is ridiculous.
The bus was clean, the driver was very nice and paid attention to the road. I have taken this trip multiple times (Louisville to Indiana) I have had the same driver both times. He keeps his bus clean, has no BS rules and is very respectful. The are some other bus companies that could definitely take some lessons from Miller transportation and especially the driver. I wish I knew his name ( tall skinny black guy) but he does a really good job. Keep up the good work! Thanks
