Bus 9425 almost killed me today.. was driving through downtown indianapolis had this driver carelessly speeding and nearly clipped my suv with me and MY CHILD inside. Be warned when you see these drivers, miller very obviously isn’t very selective.
They’ve left my son on the bus stop this yet alone at least 10 times. The staff is so rude! They are not helpful in any way. They don’t tell you to hold or anything like that, they just put you on hold or hang up on you.
Evansville Indiana, to Indianapolis. November 16, 2025. Extremely rude driver screaming at passengers, insulting them, making threats. Very very poor customer service. You would think this was a prison bus. My company will not be ordering greyhound tickets in the future.

The driver of bus 198 should be fired on the spot. Has no clue about the rules of the road and just did a triple lane change in front of another commercial vehicle. Extremely dangerous it almost caused an accident.
