Update: Now receiving emails though I said we are not interested. Pushy. Buyer beware. They were not very pushy, but it is a car lot, so there is that. Went to look at a Sienna, the salesman very quickly opened the door that did not work. Once we realized that, the van looked a lot less reasonable. Nice people, but it is used cars. Update- tried to give them a second chance, but was lied to about a "simple" fix a car needed. If a strut mount is so simple to fix, why not fix it to make a deal? Looked at a nice looking car, test drove it, heard a bad clunking sound. The salesman had the service manager look at it. The problem was a strut mount. The salesman said the service manager refused to have it fixed and that someone who is handy could fix it easy. The salesman looked upped the parts and said the mounts cost total about $100. If it's so easy, he should have offered to fix the car before selling. But because it's not a safety issue they wouldn't fix it. I guess they hope the next person to come along doesn't h... read more
