My experience was very positive. We negotiated the details on line, via text and emails. I was an out of state buyer that placed a non refundable deposit on the vehicle I purchased. I flew into Dulles and was picked up by Jesus, a very nice young man, and driven to the dealership. We had a very good conversation on the way.
