Very poor experience. I have an active recall on my truck, have been calling for months, and they just don't want to deal with it. One service member called me a liar, and said there was no recall. Very frustrating when another out of town dealer who I didn't buy the truck from was more helpful than our local dealer. They may be great for service that they charge for, but they have no interest in taking care of other issues.
