The person at the front of parts department acted as if I was bothering him and had a really bad attitude. He was smacking his lips as if I was bothering him when I asked if he can look me up since I bought parts here before, and he was doing me a favor by him to do his job. I wanted to talk to his manager but I was already late for work. However, I will go somewhere else next time. Their parts are more expensive than other Toyota dealerships anyways.
