We had yet another negative experience at Miller Toyota service department. My dad took his 2023 RAV 4 for just an oil change. His usual service rep was not there that day. He had to wait a tremendous amount of time even though he made an appointment. Then right before leaving his bill was $517!!!! $517 for just an oil change. My dad is a very easy going man, and non confrontational, so he just paid the bill even though he was upset and walked out!
