Trish Hagan the practice manager is always in a grumpy mood and very rude over the phone. Avoid her as much as you can. (in response to the owner) When I called the company a few months ago, Trish Hagan was the practice manager and also in previous comments it clearly states "Trish Hagan - Practice Manager" as the correspondent that's responding to user reviews. I previously saw Dr Allman but unfortunately for all her patients she has retired. My family have since seen Dr Greer and Dr Horniblow, both are good and thorough, I would happily recommend to new patients. The Walker St premises is clean, light and bright with plenty of chairs and books in the waiting area, a nice outdoor area you can sit or walk around while waiting (there is also a cafe downstairs for a coffee/sandwich which is good, as the Dr's are usually running behind time.) I have been going to Dr Greer since I first came to Sydney which is now over 15 years. She has always been very thorough and will go to great lengths to find out the problem. I will miss her dearly as a friend and doctor as I have now moved to the Central Coast. If any one now a very good Doctor up there please advise me. Caroline Wedd

Quite simply, the very best practice my family and I have ever been to and we have been coming here for over four years. Super convenient, online bookings, wonderful doctors (Dr. Harris and Dr. Greer our favourites), excellent office manager plus a refreshed front desk that is always smiling and helpful. Very grateful for this team.
