Wrecker service not dependable ins call to tow my car said 45 min then when I called at that point they said ten min more still not here

These guys are dishonest, they towed my truck about 10 miles. In the process my fiberglass bed cover that weighs about 100 pounds flew off the truck. The tow truck driver unimaginably unaware continues to keep driving while the bedcover damaged all the right side of my truck, including the hood, the passenger's mirror and the bed of the truck. The driver drop the car off to my mechanic and didn't even say a word. When I called the company to find out what was going on they told me that the owner would give me a call that morning. Well it's been two days later I'm still waiting for a call. No apology, no we're sorry and will take care of it, no nothing!

i.e., A locThis is the best wrecker company in the world. I have had dealings with this company since 2005 when they contacted my brother in Beaumont that they had my nephew's car impounded from a sorry mechanic who was bluffing us that he was working on the car. From that point forward, I have used Miller and Son for all local tows and saved my AAA+ tows. However, if I run out of my AAA tows for long hauls, I would use Miller and Son. They are timely, professional and just plain nice. They go beyond the call of duty. For example, I had a friend who was in a wreck a few months ago. We had issues with the police dept finding the vehicle and Miller and Son helped us locate the vehicle with ease....They are Awesome and reasonable in price compared to some of the others.al favorite, or highly recommended because

Police said my car was basically fine, then... – My car was stolen in March 2009. In April 2009, I got a call from the police department saying my car had been recovered. I asked what condition the car was in and the caller said, "...the driver side door lock was damaged and the ignition was messed up."
Imagine my surprise when I get to Miller & Sons to see it! The back wheels are gone, the factory stereo is gone, the spare tire is missing, the license plates are gone and so is the inspection sticker. Hmm. It does seem odd that the police never mentioned that the car had no wheels, but did bring up the door lock damage. In fact, one could almost speculate that some of the damage occured POST-recovery by the police. Very strange.
Miller & Sons both towed and stored the vehicle.
