i've had a few heater repairs done over the years, but none matched the professionalism and quality of miller & sons home hvac. ralph came out right on time and was super patient with all my questions, explaining the new thermostat and how everything worked until i totally got it. he made sure the whole area was spotless afterwards, picking up every bit of old parts and scrap. friendly and professional service from start to finish. definitely recommend for anyone needing heater repair!

i called on a saturday afternoon because my furnace wasn’t working and the temperature in my house kept rising, even though it was already a really hot day in foothill ranch. the technician, logan, showed up at my place in about 20 minutes, which was really fast. he checked out my furnace, found out that the capacitor needed replacing, and went to the shop to get the right part. logan came back, installed the new capacitor, and made sure the furnace was running properly before he left. he took the time to explain what he did... read more

We have been using this HVAC company for several years now, and they have always provided outstanding service for our Bryant Evolution Heat Pump and Air Conditioning system, which also includes an Air Scrubber Plus with a UV light. I recently had my old furnace replaced since it was over two decades old. I contacted Miller & Sons Home HVAC, and from the start, the experience was excellent. During the estimate, Eli explained different furnace options and helped me pick the best one for my home in Foothill Ranch.
