Their house/townhouse is good looking but very bad quality. I bought one town house in VA 10 years ago. The issues are never stopped, but M&S did nothing. Materials are so bad which only keep them look good for a few years, or just hard for home owners to really see issues. Best choice is don’t buy their house!!!

These builders put the cheapest item which last till their warranty last. Water leaking in every bathroom in 10 years. Destroyed my floor. Birds getting in through vents. Could have used a 10 dollar vent inserted of 5. That would have cost them 50 extra bucks. Now i have to pay the contractor 1000's to get the nest removed. It's just not me the whole of community has the same problem. I can post at least 30 homes in my area that had gotten their vent work done. Roof leaking etc etc. Cheap and unreliable
Excellent Experience
We bought our Miller & Smith home in their Courthouse Manor subdivision in Stafford, VA in Sept 2018, and while we love the floor design of our home, the materials and workmanship that went into the building of our home is substandard. After having our 11-month warranty work completed in Nov 2019, items that were “fixed” kept rearing their ugly heads.
