I needed appraisals for two different properties, my apartment in Manhattan and a home we own in Connecticut. I originally thought I would have to find separate appraisers in each area, which sounded like a hassle. Miller Samuel was able to handle both. It made the whole process much simpler and more organized. They clearly understood both markets and the reports were exactly what we needed!

I recently had Miller Samuel appraise our townhouse in Bed-Stuy for family planning purposes. The entire process was smooth, starting with the lovely woman who took my initial call. The woman who came to our house was prompt, polite and thorough, and knew the property and neighborhood well. She even walked me through a few questions I had after the appraisal report was finished.
