I recently had my RV slide on my truck camper repaired by Miller RV, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service. Not only did they do a fantastic job fixing the slide, ensuring it functions smoothly and reliably, but they also managed to complete the repair at a lower cost than originally quoted. Miller RV is amazing! Great location for easy drop off/pick ups. The staff is ultra responsive by phone and email and keep you updated on your RV’s progress. The workmanship is top notch, the staff really knows what they are doing, and have they have great factory contacts and interactions when necessary. They can perform just about any RV service you can think of, and the labor rates are very reasonable! I will continue to get my Renegade Super C serviced here, big thanks to Jason Kidd…he is my guy!
Miller RV has been by far the most responsive and professional RV organization I have ever experienced. Jason kept us informed of factory warrantee claims (way to many to list) and fought for us with the factory. They also found issues we didn’t know about that needed addressing (inverter —$$$$$) and got the factory to deal with that as well. They have us as a customer for life!!!!
We’d had a problem with backup camera’s and had already talked to them to find out ‘parts’. We had the parts put in exactly when they said they’d be put in plus they were able to raise our stern- leveler jacks when asked ..all within an overnight. The people were honest, efficient and very friendly.
Went to Millers Rv to buy a flush ball seal for my fifth wheel. Wanted to support a local business rather than buy on Amazon. Charged me 50 bucks for a piece of rubber. Checked on Amazon when I got home and could of gotten two for 12 dollars. I realize they have to make a profit but that is just sooo wrong. Will never recommend this place to any of my friends at the Rv park. What a rip off🤬🤬🤬
