Bad business practices! I would never recommend this office! Six months after the my first cleaning I received a $50 bill in the mail saying that I had missed an appointment! As I had not scheduled a follow up appointment, I called to clear up the error and no one answered. I left 3 voice messages over a month and no call back. I finally got a hold the office manager and he said she did not call me back as there was nothing she could do about a missed appointment! I told him we never made an appointment. She did not have a local dentist and Dr. Miller accepted our insurance so we thought we would gtive him a try.
