The follow up was unacceptable.Office staff delivered life-altering diagnosis information to my 70+ year old family member over the phone with no compassion, explanation, and no direction for next steps; left family in a panic. Had to call 3 times to get referral faxed to specialist.Office manager, Stephanie was not honest, caring, or apologetic for the poor customer experience. At a minimum an apology or even a kind and caring tone of voice would have been nice.Would NOT recommend the practice!
