Mr. Miller is not ethical and I don't recommend him at all. Look at his Yelp and Avvo reviews. I hired him to help me with my divorce and he was non-responsive to my needs and was very intimidated by opposing counsel. But that's the not reason why I'm posting this review......A few years after I fired him (around 2005), he arbitrarily sued me for an extra $6,000 that I didn't owe him. He also claimed that he served me for this lawsuit but he didn't. I never knew about it. Then he sued me again for another $8,000 about 7 year... read more
