Management is unresponsive to enforcing the no drug policy in this building, despite the detriments to residents and their pets health, as well as it violating the tenant agreement. If you care about not smelling smoke all the time, live somewhere else
I have no idea what the apartments are like but I can tell you it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to schedule a tour. I’ve sent messages through the website, Zillow, and called numerous times. No one ever gets back to you or answers the phone, this is a huge red flag for potential future residents. Kind of weird seeing how they state they have apartments available. Terrible business model for sure.
Dillon, one of the leasing agents w/M & R gave me a tour of 2 available units I was interested in. The apartments have lovely light for houseplants & tall ceilings. Gather & Hem, a bar at entry level, looks beautiful & elegant. The amenities are impressive, I particularly liked the heated swimming pool. The parking is far more secure than any of the other garages that I've seen in downtown Richmond. I recently had the pleasure of touring Miller & Rhoads Apartments with Dillon Smith, the Assistant Property Manager. Dillon showed us three different apartments. He also gave us a comprehensive tour of all the community amenities. Dillon was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, answering all of my questions with ease.
