Truly the best rental experience I've had living in Richmond for the last 15 years. Dillon and Kim are attentive and responsive. Maintenance is fast and courteous. The amenities are top notch. Hard to find a better apartment complex with this great of a location.
I normally don’t write reviews, however I am inspired to talk about Miller and Rhodes. I have resided at Miller and Rhodes for approximately 2 years now and have found this property to be amazing. The staff here is awesome. Dillon is one of a kind. He takes his job seriously and has an awesome memory. He is always cordial and listens to all concerns. Management is unresponsive to enforcing the no drug policy in this building, despite the detriments to residents and their pets health, as well as it violating the tenant agreement. If you care about not smelling smoke all the time, live somewhere else
