Had water leak into a closet ceiling. My insurance company called Miller. Steve came out to do the remediation work. He did a great job evaluating the scope of the damage, and then setting up the equipment to keep it from getting worse. He helped me understand what the remediation work would do so I knew what to expect. Steve also did a great job letting me know when he’d come to start, and when he’d come to check on the dehumidification process. Phil does a great job picking qualified and capable people for his company.

The service for emergency water cleanup was prompt and efficient. They answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable during this difficult period. Angel and Keem worked at our home removing flooring in our basement. They were very nice and courteous every time we chatted. They patiently explained the mediation procedure to us. We had to leave for an appointment, and we had no worries about leaving them in our house. Phil, you hired two excellent people. Shawn was the first person to respond to our request and he was awesome. He walked us through what to expect and quickly placed fans and dehumidifier to begin the drying out process.
