Best decision we ever made was to call James Miller and Wren Swiney. Had a listing we thought would be off the market ASAP. James had us a showing in less than 10 minutes, along the lines of “I’m in town want to meet there?”. He knows the whole house and the history of the building like he designed it. Called on Tuesday for an appointment on Friday. Office closes by 2pm. Tough to reach. I was given a "direct" number to call if I needed to cancel the appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to the property so I could see it. After she was 30 minutes late, I called her and it went straight to voicemail. I called the realtor that was on the sign at the property.
