This is the WORST HOA management company I ever came across, they never response to the emails/phones - absolutely unprofessional!

I've worked for Miller RES as a contractor and rented space at a building they manage. They always answer their phones(wow), communicate and seem to care about their tenants and projects. Very professional, lovely people generally. Highly recommend.

If I could give a zero star, I would. We've been in business in Colorado since 1993. Thankfully, we were in our original location for 20 years but when we were forced to move due to a new owner taking over the original building, we moved to a building managed by Miller Real Estate. Biggest mistake ever! Many times it would take multiple calls to get the simplest of items taken care of, parking was leased out to a building across the street so clients were forced had to park farther away due to lack of parking availability. In the 20+ years I have been in business, I have leased offices from numerous property management companies. By far Miller is one of the worst companies we have ever had to deal with. For maintenance, there has been times it has taken weeks if not months to address concerns we had with our rental. In addition, on more than one occasion they have added a exuberant CAM fee to our monthly rents with no notice whatsoever, raising our rent excessively.
