Don't ever buy a home from this company. They have very short term warranty on workmanship. For example, the vinyl plank flooring bowed up because the person they had do the installation didn't do it correctly. The block foundation is cracking all over at an angle through the blocks. They rush everything to make a quick buck. Watch out for this get rich quick company. Never buy from them.
We just moved into our new Miller Home and we love it! Both Kat and Peter were so helpful. We had looked at a new build for sale & we loved it, but my husband is paraplegic and uses a wheelchair to get around. The house we looked at did not work. Peter & Kat walked through the house with us and came up with a plan for adaptations that worked wonderfully for a person using a wheelchair.
