We rented a place from these people and was told when signing papers that if you needed to end your lease early it’s ok we have tons of people interested in this property it won’t be a huge issue. With that we agreed to sign papers because just in case anything were to happen we could be let out with no problems. Turns out the mold was terrible and the bugs, we asked twice for someone to come over up and deal with the mold while they came they didn’t do anything besides paint over it. We decided to move out.
