Extremely disappointed. Marlon came out about an upstairs tub leak that was staining our downstairs ceiling while friends were staying at our house (we live out of town). He misdiagnosed the source of the leak, which then was not fixed as a result, saying it was spindles. I paid the bill. Several months later, I found the leak had continued and easily found the leak at a Pex junction clamp, not the spindles).
