King deluxe room was fantastic. Large room with fireplace. 5 min walk to town square; perfect location.

Won’t recommend this place to no one. There are better options around. Not that cheap to be so upsetting. Paper thin walls. Blinds on the door and window Only latch to close the door. There is no privacy in the room. The worst thing is that on 6:00 pm my Tv stopped working I went to the office and was amazed to see there is no one there. No service at that hour is crazy for me. I would surely won’t come back.

It’s bare bones, self check in and self check out. Nothing special. Good location, close to the city and parks. Our biggest complaint is the thin ceilings when staying on the bottom floor. We heard every step from the upstairs unit.

Got off our plane at 8pm arrived at hotel and key lock didn’t work. No staff on premises. Called owner several times and no answer. Called emergency number. No answer. expedia called. No answer. Had to rebook another hotel. Took so long all restaurants in Jackson were closed. Had to get food at 711. Awful.

I booked a family room for the extra space and definitely appreciate the additional room. The bed was great, good pillows and blankets. The space itself was relatively clean, you can definitely see they renovated the space but some renovations weren't completed cleanly. They definitely didn't make sure it was sound proof because I could hear our neighbor's conversation and the walking/luggage rolling of our upstairs neighbor. The jet tub looked clean until you used it, it had lots of black gunk which was gross.
