Madelyn is getting braces on and what a cluster. So many things wrong with Miller orthodontics. All paper work is being completed now or 10 minutes before scheduled appointment. The lady at the front desk has no regard for privacy or respect for others time. My SS#, DOB, my invoice and and payment option have all been announced to everyone in the lobby. Amy and the doctor were awesome and really helped put my daughter Marina's mind at ease as she was very nervous! She is now actually very excited to get the braces and we will be seeing you all soon to do so, thanks again! :)
I shopped ortho offices and this was the first office who didn't go straight to the 2 year regimen. I was given 3 treatment options and assured starting conservatively was a good option. I had trauma to my teeth so this was am unexpected expense so i especially appreciate starting slowly.
this had been my 1st visit and Im pleased to say it will not be my last! From the minute I walked in the door until I walked out of it was AMAZING! Amy was so helpful in answering all of my questions and just an all around amazing person I had a great first visit! Thank you !
