I’ve been a patient with Miller Ophthalmology Associates for a number of years now. Each time I’ve been there I’ve been treated well - by both the staff and the doctors. One doctor, Christina Benn, is very good. She’s always prompt, professional, and will take the time to explain any findings and any concerns from those findings. She’s also patient and will take the time to thoroughly answer any questions I may have. For those searching for ophthalmologists and ophthalmology offices, this is one I would recommend.
There is a women there named Megan that was so rude to us I would never go back. She needs to learn some customer service skills and learn to be a better person
I am pleased with Dr. Mendelson . He treated me for an eye infection and general exam. He takes his time with the graphs and found something in a visual field. I am glad to return in 6 months because he knows what he’s doing. The assistant Yael was very nice and proficient.Thank you!
I love this place. The staff and Doctors are very caring and thorough. My children and I have been patients for years.
I was a patient of Dr. Michael Harris. After he retired l chose to remain with the practice. I pretty much saw Dr. Mendelson. Great doctor. But the administrative staff is rude and Disrespectful. You are just a number. Their way of handling any outstanding balance is not to collect from you when you’re in the office but to simply send your account to collections even when you have made attempts to settle your account in the office.
