If I could I would give a ZERO! I feel that Mr. Miller was condescending towards me. He made me feel absolutely horrible at times, he came across as sarcastic and unprofessional in his demeanor toward me. He has unspoken opinions on someone’s political choices by his facial expressions and his laughter. Someone’s political stance has NO BEARING on the case. Beware of Tom Ogorchock!! He was doing a dental malpractice case for me. For 4 years he told me everything was going good he had all the information. Said this things take time. Court finally comes up and he says everything is good I don't have to be there and he would contact me. No contact for over 2 weeks. I called and emailed and nothing. Then I find out on CCAP he dismissed my case. He didn't say anything to me or had my consent and I had no knowledge of anything bad. He then says he won't answer any of my questions and... read more
