Hour and a half for an oil change at 10am on a Wed was quite upsetting. Not even an apology. Very poor customer service upon displaying my frustration. How embarrassing for a shop to take that long. Miller has poor staff, poor management. No accountability, just excuses for the terrible treatment. The customer service from Miller Nissan is OUTSTANDING! They worked with me through the whole process. I picked a sweet Frontier as an anniversary surprise for my husband. Cliff and Tyler went above and beyond even bringing the truck TO ME! I've never had a dealer do that before! I got what I wanted. MILLER NISSAN IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!! SUCH WONDERFUL STAFF! VERY ACCEPTING AND WELCOMING! THEY ARE A VERY FAMILY ORIENTATED CULTURE! I HAVE HEARD SUCH WONDERFUL COMMENTS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS. I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE WITH MILLER NISSAN JUST RECENTLY. THE SALES REP ALEX, AND FINANCING REPRESENTATIVES WERE AMAZING. THEY MADE THE PROCESS SO SMOOTH AND SIMPLE. THEY CONTINUE TO CHECK WITH ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP.
