They got me in quick to diagnose a problem with my truck. After waiting Thursday afternoon and most of Friday I had to stand in their office area to get a quicker response about my truck. Why did it take sooooo long to get your mechanic to give you a parts list? I knew what was wrong when I brought it in (cylinder rod bearing failure). My experience today on the purchase of my 2026 GMC Sierra SLT was awesome. The best that I have ever had when buying a vehicle. MARK BELL and TYLER SIMONDS went above and beyond to put me in the truck that I wanted, at the price that I needed. The trade-in price that they gave me was great! The service manager even got involved to help with some stuff. They have a whole TEAM of folks, WORKING TOGETHER, to do everything they can to take care of the customer! The service department was far from satisfactory. Took two and a half hours for a standard oil change. Never any update from customer service. Finally had to go ask if vehicle was ready. Very disappointed!
