Once a happy customer, now I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, this specific location is solely about profit rather then standing by Chevrolets warrenty services promise. I urge you, if you can take your vehicle somewhere else do so! Your wallet and your sanity will thank you.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and the salesman Mark Bell made my car buying experience a breeze. He took the time to explain all the features and options, making everything easy to understand. He presented himself in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. I received excellent service and was not pressured in any way. If you are looking for a new car, ask for salesman Mark Bell.

We just purchased our FOURTH vehicle with the help of Mark Bell (between friends,family and myself) and that alone should say everything. There is truly no one else we trust more when it comes to buying a car. He is honest, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership and its service department. My truck has been there for going on four weeks now and still has not been fixed. On multiple occasions I’ve been placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then somebody will pick up the phone and say oh I forgot you were on hold. On multiple occasions I have been told someone will call you back after lunch. They never do. Or somebody will call you back by the end of the day and never does.
