I had my turbo replaced on recall last year. Within 3 months another turbo was needed. Buick encores are terrible cars, and my experience with the brand has made me never want to own another one again. I had a really bad run with this dealership last year (2024) when Edwin was the service manager there. The service was terrible, the mechanics not knowledgeable, faulty repairs were done, and aftermarket parts installed on my car. It was really as bad as it gets.
