From the first phone call Don or Dan Schmidt (whatever his name is as it kept changing in the process) he was more worried about telling us about all the tennents who didn’t pay their bills and instead of screening us he was unwilling to listen to OUR situation and more wanting to tell us about all his bad tennents. From there he pointed us to Izzy. Izzy has better communication skills and a lot on his plate but he too is unprofessional at this point.
