Miller Memorials was very helpful in helping educate me with what I was buying. I had done what any consumer would do, and checked in/spoke with other memorial places and felt more like they were selling me a car or a product based on price and not "memories" and artistic creation. Miller memorials took the time to ask me about what I was looking for, explain to me the differences in quality, and was not pushing me to buy something off the "showroom" floor, rather they wanted to make it special and unique.
