Worst people ever. Very rude!!!! Will lie and manipulate to get what they want and try to screw you over for THEIR mistakes. Would NOT recommend!!!! They can’t acknowledge or apologize for their mistakes.
Really bad experience with customer service, they won’t respond any time I call
I’ve been calling for two days & no answer. It’s alway really hard to get in contact with the front desk. I find making payments over the phone easier when they DO answer. The front desk also advised my husband and I that calling in would be better and fast than using the online payment option. She also said it could take a while to process and the last thing I need is a late fee.

This firm deserves 0 stars. They put out a lien on my license in which it is suspended and has been for over a year now because of them. They have been harassing me about an accident that I wasn’t even the driver nor was in the car in which Geico accidentally duplicated a claim for an accident again that I was not apart of. I am being penalized for something that Geico did wrong. This deters me from being able to drive and do things that I need to do. Something has to be done about this company.
