I've used Jared and this firm on several projects. Have always found them to be very professional and efficient and on time.Would use them again and recommend others also.
Mr. long was deposed and questioned in a case we were party to and his 'expert' testimony dismissed. He uses non-standard methods that leave his credibility in question. His idea of an "appraisal" is to drive by the property and use the tax assessor's records to set a value with some random numbers as modifiers. I would never use this firm to appraise anything of value.
