I applied to this complex and was very excited about potentially moving in after having a very promising tour with Sheena. After paying the application fees and waiting over two weeks- nobody has returned my multiple phone calls, my emails go unresponded, and my application still just says “submitted”. It’s dishonest to take money for any application process, and then ghost the applicant with no explanation.
