Arrow Environmental Service (formerly Miller) was been contracted to perform lawn pest control on my lawn for more than 2 years. At first they did a great job in getting rid of weeds including crabgrass and bugs. In summary, the lawn looked great and we were very satisfied. Then the service changed hands to Arrow. Since then crabgrass, other weeds, yellowing and thin patches in the lawn have gone unchecked. Last year I had to excavate and replace 200 sq ft of sod due to crabgrass. Had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. They let our yard go down hill. I called several times to get someone out to do something. The girl in the office apologized and and said that several others were also having the same problem! The owner was terribly rude. He came out to the house and tried to blame everything on us. He was actually scary. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this outfit.
