If I could do no stars I would. Dr miller stole $3500 from me told me he did bone graphs in my mouth and never did. I didn’t find out until I went to another dentist a very good dentist DR ORPHANOS also of Boca. He told me I didn’t have a single bone graph in my mouth. And then 2 years later a week before Christmas dr millers office sends me a text that I owe the office $1,432 when they would never let me step foot in the office with out paying first. Went in for a consultation and was pleased with the visit. I was told that I would be emailed my responsibility. I checked daily - never sent one - went to my scheduled appointment for a procedure and was slapped with a large bill. I asked to cancel because the fee was rather high and then the negotiation began. At that point it felt like I was being ripped off. If you can negotiate - then how much over are you really charging? Absolutely love Dr. Miller and his staff! I actually look forward to coming here for my preventative cleanings with Rose every 6 months. The other hygienist Karen is also very nice. I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years (Boca location) and highly recommend seeing him for any concerns you might have.
