Went in for a consultation and was pleased with the visit. I was told that I would be emailed my responsibility. I checked daily - never sent one - went to my scheduled appointment for a procedure and was slapped with a large bill. I asked to cancel because the fee was rather high and then the negotiation began. At that point it felt like I was being ripped off. If you can negotiate - then how much over are you really charging? Absolutely love Dr. Miller and his staff! I actually look forward to coming here for my preventative cleanings with Rose every 6 months. The other hygienist Karen is also very nice. I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years (Boca location) and highly recommend seeing him for any concerns you might have.
