I have been donating at the Reading center for several years. My experience is always very positive. The staff are caring, professional, and friendly. Donating blood is a very worthwhile way to invest in the well being of our community. Highly recommend!

My phlebotomist Jennifer was very comforting and professional. I did not even feel the pinch of a needle.

Barbara, at the Reading Location, was very attentive while I gave platelets and was very informative. Being a universal donor , AB - she made me aware I could donate just plasma , every 28 days. I Will truly consider this. Side note: It would be nice to have the screen in front of you , as opposed to off to the side, just for comfort of not having to turn your neck for over an hour…but she did accommodate my asking. She was wonderful- glad I was able to donate and hopefully help others.
