People need to give blood
I donated today at a blood drive at Tulpehocken High. The technician that took my vitals was efficient and quickly moved me along. The next technician who tried to take my blood was having issues. The needle was in but the blood was not coming out. She kept trying to move it around I guess to find the vein. Thank goodness for Lauren who was there to assist. I have been donating at the Reading center for several years. My experience is always very positive. The staff are caring, professional, and friendly. Donating blood is a very worthwhile way to invest in the well being of our community. Highly recommend!
The staff is always cheerful & friendly. They are very good at what they do.
My phlebotomist Jennifer was very comforting and professional. I did not even feel the pinch of a needle.
