My 95-Year-old father was recently treated by Dr. John P. Miller for a simple eye exam for his Driver's license renewal. Dr. Miller made a personal and very slanderous comment to my father that anyone over the age of 90 should NOT be driving. This statement was very age discriminating not to mention was totally with-out any qualifying physical evidence nor is he qualified to make that diagnosis. Simply for reason of age.
