Didn't want to discuss what they offer for scrap gold over the phone which makes shopping around difficult. As any seller would, I want the most value for my gold so its very helpful to get an idea what I'm looking at prior to driving 30 minutes to their location. Another shop was very transparent over the phone. With Doug’s expertise and my ideas, he created two pieces that exceeded my expectations by far. A gorgeous pendant with 12 diamonds and a unique modern ring . Very happy.
