Dr Miller, Dr Wray and the staff are excellent ! My daughter and I traveled from DC once a month for our braces and it was worth the trip.

the treatment is not the problem the problem is his billing office is terrible and not knowledgable. I have 2 insurances they failed to file the claim to my primary until June 2015 and they lied about filing the claim when the services were rendered in 2013. They then took a huge amount of money out of my account stating this balance would be refunded back when my insurance paid. All along they knew they had not filed the claim in a timely manner and that it was rejected by my insurance and that they were supposed to eat the... read more
Charismatic doctor but lacks knowledge in treating complex cases. He rushes the treatment due to being very anxious to move you out the door in order to treat new patients who he's likely to rush out the door as well. Don't expect to get an ounce of your money back even if the results are not what you wanted or ever expected. Dr. Jeffrey Miller is a very talented orthodontist whose patience is without comparison very much like the wonderful final touches he makes on your teeth. From start to finish he has been absolutely professional and never once failing to greet me with the warmest smile and demeanor. At the end of my 8 month treatment, my teeth look incredible. I love this office. Staff are extremely friendly and curtious. My oldest daughter got braces and then my youngest daughter. I will be taking my youngest son as well. And yes there is a discount.
