I was a patient of Dr. Miller years ago and I’m just now realizing I should post a review. I was under the age of 18 when I got my braces and Dr. Miller made me slightly uncomfortable. He always referred to me as “cutie”, touched my arm constantly, and had asked me to come work under him multiple times. When he would look at my teeth, he wouldn’t wear a mask so that he was breathing into my mouth, and he always lowered my head/chair so that it was resting on his lap. I can without hesitation recommend Dr Miller. Some businesses will go out of their way to accommodate a customer but they go way beyond and above. Getting an appointment is never an issue even on short notice. The finance plan they presented to me was well within my budget and fairly easy to fulfill. The staff are very friendly and welcoming each and everytime. The SALEM office has easy access and moderately easy to locate. Do not let distance make you hesitant, I believe the drive is well worth it.
What a wonderful office! While I work in Portland and live in Salem, Dr. Miller has gone out of his way to accommodate me with easy to schedule appointments, affordable payments and when I needed a wire cut after hours, I was able to go right to their office and have my urgent issue taken care of. Five Stars all the way and the same goes for his Portland office, Portland Pearl Orthodontics. The staff at both of his offices are warm and leave you feeling that they truly care.
I moved here about a year ago from Austin texas and transferred into Dr Miller's care from a colleague of his. I was sad to leave my last orthodontist but have been very pleased with the care Ive had under Dr Miller. My case was not an easy case as I had a pretty severe bite discrepancy and my smile was not the best. The staff at this office have been great and Dr Miller is very knowledgable and I have seen a noticeable difference.
