No idea if the doc is great or not. Went in today as new patient with recent lingering covid symptoms, but the front desk person said I would not be allowed to be seen by the doc since I would not sign a Chronic Pain Management form. This form states that the I have chronic pain, that the doc has explained everything related to my pain management program and that I agree to pay them for this.
