After a terribly mortifying experience many years ago at Miller, a few years ago I decided to return, since I wanted to lease another Huyndai, and didn’t want to go to Ithaca. Happily I met Rachel Laude, and leased a car from her-it was a great experience. Then Rachel got promoted and directed me to a Honda sales professional, and after that lease I ended up asking questions of the Huyndai side, and having my service there.
