Bought a brand new 2024 Sante Fe we put 15,000 miles on it and the tires are literally bald already and need replacing. I was told this is normal for a “softer ride”. Said I’m responsible for buying new ones as they don’t offer any kinda of “good will” for customer satisfaction. Kind of a joke.. buy a $40,000 car a year later spent $1,000 on tires… Also, when we go for service all they do is a basic oil change, they don’t even top off the wiper fluid… that’s standard literally everywhere. Brought my car in for recall work and was informed I would get a phone call by end of day whether it was complete or not. Hadn’t heard anything by 5pm and called, no answer. Went down the next day and was told there was no way to check due to the office where the invoices are was locked and no one was there to even talk to. If you are looking for a vehicle DO NOT go to Miller it seems they don’t care about the customer!
They wanted $2000 to replace the catalytic converter on a car, and their $150 diagnosis. Took it someplace else, and they charged just over $400.

We just purchased a new Hyundai from Miller Honda/Hyundai and once again were super satisfied with our experience. This is also the 3rd vehicle we have purchased through Amanda Hill who we enjoy working with very much. She is very helpful, friendly, provides straight answers and keeps the process simple. We've never had a single hiccup in these car buying experiences and our total time invested in them is quite small. A couple quick visits and a couple phone calls....done! Very much appreciated!
