I've been going to Miller Hughes for 7+ years. I'm treated with kindness and honesty and given my experiences with other garages/dealerships/mechanics I will not go elsewhere if I can help it. They are quick to respond with appointment setting and additional information inquires. They are communicative through all steps of a service appointment or sale and they take care of your vehicle with a consistently professional standard that I havent found elsewhere. Friendly and helpful approach. Service pickup and drop option. But. Terrible service. A brake inspection was done, but shortly after I was told my pads and rotors were worn out. If the inspection had been done properly, this should have been caught earlier. Poor inspection, unnecessary costs, and overpriced repairs. I’ve lost trust in this dealership.
Nothing but great service!
Been there for 3 oil changes. The price of service is good but they’ve messed up 2 out of 3 times. An oil change can take anywhere between 1h45min - 6h because they didn’t realize how big a transit 250 is. Detailing that a right rear door locking mechanism needs to be looked at translates to the sliding door getting inspected. They mean well, but they’re understaffed and it’s causing problems. Oh! It also took 24h for a call back to schedule an oil change because the only person who could was away.
