Excellent service and communication; Kris managed all the communication between Lincoln and my aftermarket warranty and everything was covered so it was an easy experience on my end. Everything appears to be working correctly. The pick up and drop off was nice bonus, it saved me a lot of time.

I haven't liked this dealership because of one of the salesman's approach over 20 years ago. At the time, I ended up buying my Ford elsewhere. That was a long time ago so I went in this morning to test drive some new vehicles, since I need one. I waited around for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. I left. Nissan and Honda both have a customer service desk.
