I had given this dealer a 5* post when I purchased my F150 2025. Since then I 've been having issues with my radio. Went there at 3 different occasions for the problem. It was never solved. The last time I've even met with the service manager. He doesn't return 3 messages I left him. I called Ford Canada to complain. Long story short I'm at Ford in Valleyfield and they solved my issue.
Amazing service and great experience overall. They helped us with an issue we were having after buying our bronco sport from Carloft. They really helped turned things around for us after having a bad experience with Carloft from something that should of been found during their "Safety".
Very welcoming and amazing to deal with from the beginning to end. Larry was extremely professional and Brad was thorough and a pleasure. If you are in the market for a new vehicle don’t bother with Seaway Cadillac. Save yourself a headache and go to Miller-Hughes for a Lincoln.
