I recently worked with Kate and Robert on purchasing a new 2026 Impreza in May. This is the second vehicle we've purchased while working with Kate at this location and first time working with Robert. We really love how kind they are and appreciate them listening to our needs and wants. Pick any other dealership first. The loan service was terrible, with the loan officer selling the loan to the bank with the worst possible interest rate and customer service (this was even with a very good credit score) and being unresponsive when I needed help. I also only owned my 5-year old car for a few months before it started having multiple problems. Before writing this, I read the many other low star reviews. They are filled with sentiments of being misinformed or even lied to. Many complained about receiving poor service and zero accountability. I related to these experiences as they were very similar to my own.
