Three stars at best. Had to let my self calm down for a couple months before I could write an honest review. If you know exactly what you want/need done, they are great. If you need them to diagnose something, they will seemingly just suggest random fixes and not even verify if it actually fixed the issue. And make you wait another two weeks for another appointment, to hopefully fix it. $2k, six weeks, and hours of personal research later. This review is for purchasing. Nikolai Anikin in sales and Josh in finance were both fantastic to work with! Nikolai was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all, great to work with! Josh kept the financing portion quick and light, very much appreciated! Overall, it was a great experience and definitely not your average “car shopping” adventure. Thank you!
