Wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. I worked with Jake during a stressful time of my life, and left with a reliable car the same day. He was completely understanding and willing to help any way he could. I didn’t feel I was getting scammed at all- I have little knowledge of cars and the buying process but needed a car as my old vehicle broke down in the midst of student teaching. My father had to tow his vehicle into the service department two and a half hours away because of battery issue. The dealership advised the battery he had just purchased was bad and he could buy a battery from them for over $400.00 so they could run diagnostics on the vehicle. Initially I thought the Service Department was going to step up as they ended up waiving the bill because he was initially told the replacement battery was non-compatible with the vehicle which was not true. The sales dept helped me find a vehichle that fit my needs on short notice. Shortly after purchase of my used vehicle, it made weird noises. They got my vehicle in same day with a loaner to use while it got a full inspection. I was told a lug nut was loose and the serpentine belt needed replaced. In good faith they replaced these without charge as it was so newly purchased. I got a video and narration of the inspection. I had gotten a good price on a used car from them, Nikolai was very patient with me and I appreciate it, also the popcorn is nice.
Luther destroyed a perfectly good Subaru dealership. Bring back Miller Hill Subaru. They refuse to work on warranty work from another location, waste your time and bill you. Maybe they can partner with the DMV for discount on rage inducing experience
